bouquets and bouts
Can we just take a moment to swoon over the bride’s bouquet? It was a lush, garden-inspired masterpiece that looked straight out of a romantic daydream. Imagine yellow garden roses mingling with orange zinnias, peach ranunculus, and blush roses, all tied together with soft yellow trailing ribbons. Add in a touch of lavender sprigs for a whimsical pop, and you’ve got a bouquet that’s pure poetry.
The bridesmaids’ deep navy velvet gowns provided the perfect contrast to their smaller bouquets, which featured complementary blooms in soft yellows, peaches, and blush tones. It’s proof that florals don’t just accessorize—they tell a story.
The groom’s boutonniere? A charming yellow bloom paired with just the right amount of greenery. Simple, elegant, and a perfect nod to the overall palette. From the groomsmen to family corsages, every personal flower added its own little moment of magic, tying everything together effortlessly.
Let’s talk about fashion for a second. The bride’s gown—a romantic lace design with a deep V neckline and a flowing A-line silhouette—was as timeless as it was dreamy. Paired with her sheer fingertip-length veil and soft, low updo, she epitomized effortless elegance.
The groom looked equally dapper in his tailored navy blue suit, accented by a white vest and soft yellow boutonniere. Meanwhile, the bridesmaids’ deep navy velvet gowns added richness and depth to the day’s color palette, making the vibrant florals pop even more.
ceremony
Picture this: a softly draped tent with natural light pouring in, an asymmetrical floral arch bursting with cascading greenery, and clusters of yellow, peach, blush, and lavender flowers creating a joyful focal point. It was the perfect stage for vows full of love and laughter.
The aisle was equally breathtaking. Dark Chiavari chairs flanked the brick path, and white lanterns added a classic touch to the garden-inspired design. As the couple walked hand-in-hand back down the aisle, the cheers from their guests—and the radiant smiles on their faces—said it all. The ceremony was equal parts heartfelt and exuberant, just like the couple themselves.
reception
When it came to reception décor, the couple’s vision was pure garden elegance with a playful twist. The tented outdoor reception featured round tables dressed in dusty blue napkins and dark blue table numbers, creating a sophisticated backdrop for the floral designs.
Centerpieces alternated between two styles, adding variety and depth to the space. Half of the tables showcased lush, garden-style arrangements filled with vibrant blooms like yellow stock, dahlias, and roses. These designs were full, romantic, and undeniably captivating.
The other half embraced simplicity with a trio of floating Monet candles surrounded by three petite bud vases holding delicate stems. This combination of bold floral arrangements and minimalist elegance struck the perfect balance. Add in the draping string lights overhead, and you’ve got a reception that’s equal parts enchanting and inviting.
seating chart
One detail we absolutely have to highlight is the couple’s garden-inspired seating chart. They built a wooden trellis and planter box adorned with trailing vines and moss. But the real showstopper? Hand-crocheted flowers in pastel shades of blush, lavender, yellow, and cream, lovingly crafted by the bride. Each bloom held a personalized name tag, blending thoughtfulness with whimsical charm. Talk about a labor of love!
event management
Rain on a wedding day might be a nightmare for some, but not for this couple. We worked with them to create a seamless rain plan (a must during a particularly soggy wedding season!) and ensured their day remained joyful and stress-free.
From syncing the catering timeline with toasts and dances to making sure every vendor—from the band to the photographer—was in the loop, our team handled all the behind-the-scenes details. The result? A celebration that unfolded smoothly, allowing the couple to stay present and soak in every moment.
