Wedding planning is a lot.

WHAT TO EXPECT

before you book your wedding flowers

Let’s chat

THE CONSULTATION

The best art stems from connection—so we always start with a good ol’ fashioned conversation. We’ll hop on a phone call to learn all about your story, the feel and style of your celebration, and what you’re envisioning for your wedding flowers.

Vision time

THE PROPOSAL

Keep your eyes on your inbox for the best (and prettiest) email attachment of your week. Your custom proposal distills down the big ideas we discussed on our phone call into bite-sized information and beautiful imagery—giving you a clear idea of the look, feel, and cost of your wedding flowers.

Vibe Check

THE REVIEW

We’ll hop on the phone once more to go over your proposal and ensure we got your style just right. Let us know what you loved and where we might need to make adjustments—and we’ll get to fine-tuning.

Say Yes

THE SIGNING

After your final proposal makes its way to you, you’ll sign a contract and pay a deposit to secure your spot on our calendar. (We highly suggest keeping a bottle of bubbly on ice for this moment.)

WHAT TO EXPECT

after you book your wedding flowers

A newlywed couple stands on the steps of a venue with "Madison Beach Club" sign. The bride wears a long, white gown with a train and holds flowers, while the groom is in a black tuxedo, holding a drink. The entrance is decorated with greenery and lanterns.

Stay in touch

Communication

We make things easy by sending email reminders anytime we need answers or further details—and we’re always here to connect if you have a question, want to go in a different direction aesthetically, or think of items you’d like to add or adjust.

Sign off

Final details

One month before your wedding, we’ll reach out to finalize your choices and ensure you feel completely comfortable with the creative direction we’re headed in. You’ll sign off on final details—and we’ll source all of the eco-friendly wedding flowers from we need to bring your vision to life.

They’re here!

Flower time

We process all of your flowers the Wednesday before your wedding…and then roll up our sleeves, sharpen our sheers, and get to arranging. (We are definitely doing a happy dance and listening to Yo-Yo Ma as we work.)

Party time

Wedding day

We arrive on your wedding day to set up your ceremony and reception and hand off your personal flowers (and tell you how dang beautiful you look). We’ll be back at the end of the evening to break everything down.

Let them live on

Where they go

You choose whether we compost your wedding flowers or donate them to Flower Again. We’re also happy to transfer arrangements to containers for you to take home and enjoy.

our approach

We’re all about…

the feels

The most helpful piece of information you can share with us is how you want your guests to feel. Tell us you want them walking on clouds in the softest storybook setting—or feeling emboldened to salsa-dance the night away in a fiercely colorful fiesta—and we’ll create living art that enhances your guest experience and exudes the energy of your event.

creative freedom

Rather than having you choose each exact variety of flower for your arrangements, we love working with your ideas and preferences for color, texture, and style. This opens us up to sourcing the absolute best wedding flowers for your vision based on seasonality and sustainability.

self expression

We encourage you to use your wedding flowers as a vehicle for celebrating your most authentic self. Rather than worrying about getting it “right” or having a “perfect” wedding—we want you to center your choices around what speaks to you. Color, creativity, and fun are what it’s all about.

Right this way to…

artistry, ease, and the wedding flowers you can’t stop day-dreaming about
