We are intentional about providing hands-on training to help our interns develop an extensive knowledge of florals and their mechanics, as well as providing insight how to operate a small business as an artist. Interns will be included in all aspects of the floral process from cleaning buckets, to processing flowers and making arrangements, to wedding setup and clean-up. 

Our interns will work with us to process flowers in a sustainable way – working to compost all product refuse and recycle packaging materials. Whenever possible, we source product from local farmers with CT Flower Collective.

We love our interns and look forward to adding new members to our team who each bring their own unique experience. Our goals for interns are twofold: to grow as individuals, professionally and personally; and to help us accomplish more than we otherwise could.
